You hear me Shaws CEOs? I am so freaking tired of trying to get something on sale only to find an empty hole and the promise that “truck comes tomorrow, maybe it will be on there” or “would you like a raincheck”. ARGH. You cannot give a raincheck for a Catalina offer. Yes, some wonderful stores will make it work via a giftcard or whatnot, but who wants to shop during normal hours to avail themselves of those services? I like shopping at 10pm. Last week’s paper had a $4 Nivea women’s body wash coupon in it. It was in the Red Plum insert. If you got the coupon you also got the $3 Nivea men’s body wash coupon and if you were lucky you might have got the $1 Nivea lip coupon or $1 Nivea lotion. Yes, unfortunately it was a regional coupon set. The Portsmouth, NH paper I buy had the body wash but not the others. The Boston Globe had them all. It also had the Purina pet food coupons. I Support Sarah Fox

Portsmouth Firefighter Sarah Fox was diagnosed with breast cancer on October 9, 2007. She was also 36 ½ weeks pregnant with twins. Twelve hours later the twins were born making a family of seven. After several setbacks Sarah fought through the many challenges and treatments and beat the odds returning to work in January 2009.

Just over a year later Sarah developed a pain in her hip which was discovered to be cancer. Sarah, her husband Matt and their 5 children and family are faced with the fight against cancer once again. The Portsmouth Firefighters Charitable Association are doing an amazing job of raising funds to help Sarah and her family out as well as supporting this brave woman and I will be donating 10% off any revenue generated from offers to this cause.
